ORDER CONFIRMATION:
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an immediate order confirmation email. This confirms that your payment has been verified, and that your order is being prepared for shipment.
SHIPPING FOR SINGAPORE ORDERS:
We offer a standard courier fee of 13 SGD for all orders within Singapore. Your order will be delivered promptly via local courier services, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.
Estimated delivery time: 2-4 working days.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND ORDERS IN ASIA:
Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process. Please note that taxes and duties are not included in the shipping cost. For international orders, we utilize DHL Express Shipping to ensure secure and efficient delivery.
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 working days, subject to customs clearance.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY FOR SINGAPORE
Next-day delivery is available for a $20 fee for orders placed by 3pm local time.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
If you need to return a product, please mail it to our designated address: 43 Jalan Merah Saga, Unit 02-78, Singapore 278115.
Kindly note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please be aware that returning packages may be subject to taxes and duties, which you will be responsible for.
Please allow for variations in the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without proper tracking.
