A. Eligibility:
    • Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days if the items are defective. 
    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • Personalized, custom-made, or vintage items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective. 
    • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

B. Damaged or defective items:
  • In the event you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at ling@lingwu.sg within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your name, proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the item.
  • Our team will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action, including repair, replacement, or issuance of a credit note.

 

  1. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at ling@lingwu.sg.
    • Include your name, order details, reason for return/exchange, and any relevant supporting information.
    • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

  2. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is deemed damaged or defective.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
    • WŪHAŪS is not liable for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

 

 

C. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.
  • Please allow for processing time once the returned item is received and inspected.

    • Personalized,  custom-made or vintage items (unless damaged or defective)
    • Items beyond the 14-day return window
    • We regret to inform you that we do not accept changes of mind or cancellations.
    • All sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • WŪHAŪS reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet the stated eligibility criteria.
